The original Tubesies website provided a separate inquiry form for medical professionals who were interested in making Tubesies available in children's hospitals.
The original form asked for name, email address, telephone number and a message. That form required a live backend that was not included in the Wayback archive. This restored informational page therefore does not collect personal or patient information.
